  Stage de detection my *****!
Posted by: Capois - Yesterday, 12:59 PM - Forum: All Football Discussions and News - No Replies

FHF toujou panse popilasyon an sòt!

YJB, remet demisyon souple! Tann w pase deja.

Boga, Saint-Louis, Presnel – Not Haitians!

Presnel Kimpembe and Dylan Saint-Louis have chosen the national team of DR Congo while Jeremy Boga has joined Ivory Coast.
For years, the names  Presnel, Dylan, and Jeremy were often used in a propaganda way to block local Haitian players and promote a Haiti national team with virtually no Haitian nationals! As sad and revolting the idea is, it remains the main policy for player selection despite that many football analysts have denounced it and rightly predicted that it would contribute to the decline of football within the country.
The current administration of the fédération haitienne de football (FHF) spent a lot of money delegating hired scouts to France in order to recruit as many French players as possible. To justify their decisions, the officials often used the media and social networks to discredit the local football while making sure the national team coaches never come into contact with local players! As expected this disdain and neglect led to a weak and inconsistent national team that has eventually been eliminated from all major regional and global football competitions for the next two years.
Why did the FHF spent so much resources to attract these  players? Good question!
Neither Jeremy, Dylan, nor Kimpembe are not yet the type of players who can constantly trouble the best CONCACAF sides.  Dylan, a striker, has only scored once this year in nearly 16 games. He is currently on loan at Stade Lavallois which is sitting at the bottom of Ligue 2.
Besides being a French citizen just like the other two players, Presnel Kimpembe is also Congolese through his father. Currently, DR Congo is a better football country than Haiti and it has  a far greater chance to make it to the World Cup in the near future. Whereas to the player, Haiti is that scary and poor country they keep telling everyone in the west to avoid. No doubt Haiti has always been ranked low on the player’s priority list.
Boga is a far better value but he is French and Ivorian before he would call himself Haitian if ever! Mostly used as a  midfielder, the Chelsea player who is loaned out to Granada in La Liga would certainly be a fairly good addition to the Haitian national team…if he was actually Haitian and was committed to playing for the country!
There lies the problem. Neither one of these players are actually ‘Haitian’ at heart. They have no reason to be. Born and raised in France, neither has ever been to Haiti or has adopted their Haitian heritage. They are only Haitian by virtue of the controversial FIFA rule that allows players to represent the country of birth of at least one of their parents or grand-parents.
Haiti already has more foreign-born players than USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras, Panama, and Trinidad…combined! Ironically, while Haiti has long been eliminated from the WCQ, all those 6 nations are still vying for a world cup berth. Haiti has sacrificed its once respected local football for a lie that has led to its demise in international football.
